Thomas Hampson’s Met career has spanned the works of Mozart, Rossini, Verdi, Wagner, Britten, Berlioz, Berg, Massenet, and Bellini. Also one of the world’s most acclaimed recitalists, he has left an indelible mark on the worlds of opera and song. This season marks the 30th anniversary of his Met debut.
